Project 1: Travel Request Management System
I developed a digital tool intended to streamline travel management tasks for a transit organization, shifting away from the traditional paper-focused method.
Utilizing Power Apps for our app, Power Automate for allowing approvals, SharePoint as our information repository, and Outlook for digital communication, this initiative has facilitated significant progress:
Key Features:
Simplified Travel Requests: Currently, employees can quickly submit and track their travel plans online, doing away with the need for physical documents.
Streamlined Approval Workflow: Developed a two-tier approval process through Power Automate. Initially, travel requests are given the go-ahead by direct managers or supervisors. Afterwards, the Human Resources Director reviews and finalizes the approval, ensuring a thorough checking process.
Regular Updates: All those involved get prompt email alerts at every stage, from the submission of a request to receiving the designated travel funds.
Rapid Financial Planning: Once travel is approved, the system updates and prompts the finance team to provide the necessary travel funds.
This digital makeover has greatly enhanced and accelerated travel arrangements within the company.

Project 2: Estate Management System
I developed a digital system for a real estate department to simplify and automate managing guest houses, pool vehicles, and facility maintenance requests.
By leveraging Power Apps, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Automate, the system replaces outdated paper methods with a streamlined, digital approach.
Key Features:
Guest House Booking: Users can easily book guest houses through the application.
Pool Vehicle Management: The system supports raising trips for pool vehicles, extending trips, and ensuring efficient use of vehicles.
Facility Maintenance Requests: Users can report and track maintenance issues, such as electrical problems, directly through the app.
Issue Resolution Tracking: Dedicated teams receive and manage maintenance requests, with the ability to mark issues as resolved once maintenance is complete.
This solution dramatically improves efficiency, reduces paperwork, and enhances the management of estate resources, offering a modern approach to estate management.

I built and deploy a travel request manager application for a transport company, replacing the old paper system.
This new system uses Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps for requests, Power Automate for approvals, SharePoint for storage, and Outlook for communication.
Here's what it does:
Employees submit travel requests online.
Managers and HR approve the requests in a two-tier process.
Everyone gets email updates at each stage.
Once approved, the finance team is automatically notified to allocate funds.
Overall, this application streamlined travel management and made the process much faster.
